KUALA LUMPUR: TH Properties, the construction and property arm of Lembaga Tabung Haji, has built notable developments in Negeri Sembilan. Its group chief executive officer Azman Ibrahim says it plans to focus on niche, industrial products in financial year 2023, specifically its upcoming project, Techpark 3.
Techpark 3 has a total gross development value (GDV) of RM1.37 billion. It has a total of six phases — Phases 1A, 1B, 2, 3, 4A (commercial) and 4B (commercial) — and a developmental period of more than 14 years.
“It is a matter of trying to strike a balance. For our projects, we are targeting young families or even families that are originally from the area,” says Azman.
The group’s bread-and-butter projects are a mix of two-storey terraced units, other variations of landed units and industrial factory units catering for small and medium enterprises, and businesses including Warisan Puteri 2 in Seremban, Pesisiran Residences in Kuantan, Pristine Collection, Techpark 1, Techpark 2, and Techpark 3 in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
Azman adds that the group also intends to focus on the upcoming Pristine Premier, which is a part of the Pristine Collection that has a collective GDV of RM95.03 million. Read more about the group’s launches and upcoming plans in The Edge Malaysia weekly’s Oct 17 edition.
